Print & Process

● With special treatment coated, can be used inletterpress, flexo, gravure and screen printing.Suitable for UV ink.

● Control the viscosity of ink, high-contractility of ink bring label crimp, cause the label detach from release paper or warp from label object.

● In order to ensure the best ink wetting and firmness during the printing process, it is recommended to use online corona treatment and use PE special ink. It is recommended to conduct an ink test before printing.

Shelf life

From date of manufacture: 12 months Storage conditions: 23±2℃ & relative humidity 50±5%. In order to ensure the surface energy of the printed surface of PE film, it needs to be sealed and stored and used as soon as possible. If it has not been used for a long time, it is necessary to check whether its dyne value meets the requirements of use before use, or use it after online corona treatment.
