● Fulfill the requirement of ROHS, REACH
● Minimum labeling temp: -25℃
● Service temp: -50℃~50℃ (24h after labeling)
● Suitable for Food, Medicine label in conventional gloss and cold storage, etc.
● Must test to confirm if used in small bottle label (diameter smaller than 30mm).
● Initial tack & final viscosity is better under low temperature. Have excellent performance in many packaging materials. It is recommended to use in low temperature environment.
● Not suitable for application on PVC surfaces.
Print & Process
● Suitable for various printing methods such as offset, intaglio, and flexographic printing.
● Control the viscosity of ink, to avoid heavy viscosity causing coating exfoliation.
● Not recommended to process die cutting in environment above 20 ℃ to avoid adhesive overflow.
