Application

● Fulfill the requirement of ROHS, REACH, VOC

● Minimum labeling temp: +5℃

● Service temp: -20℃~70℃ (24h after labeling)

● Suitable for process transfer labels, furniture discount labels, etc.

● Application ambient above 50℃ or direct sunlight are not applicable.

● PVC substrate is not applicable. Not suitable for applications exposed to alcohol.

● Due to the differences of labeling substrate and the application environment, after labeling for a period of time, the adhesive viscosity may increase and there is a possibility of transitioning to permanent adhesive; or the adhesive viscosity may decrease. Some substrates may have strong chemical reaction with removable adhesive, so full testing is recommended before use.

Print & Process

● Suitable for conventional printing.

● Not suitable for inks containing alcohol or volatile organic solvents.

● In order to keep good removable performance of the label, it is not recommended to apply it in an environment over 70°C and not recommended to apply it on the surface of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), PVC, PET, books, etc. Due to greater differences of paper substrates, prior testing is recommended.

Shelf life

From date of manufacture: 6 months

Storage conditions: 23±2℃ & relative humidity 50±5%. According to the characteristics of thermal paper, please try to avoid exposing the product to environments such as high temperature, high humidity, alcohol, oil, plasticizers, etc. Prolonged storage outside these conditions might reduce the shelf life.
