Application

● Fulfill the requirement of  ROHS, REACH, VOC

● Minimum labeling temp: -5℃

● Service temp: -20℃~80℃ (24h after labeling)

●  Suitable for aviation or railway baggage tag,high quality logistics tag etc.

●  Not recommended for bottles with irregular surfaces or with extrusion resistance requirements.

Print & Process

● With special treatment coated, have an excellent performance in printing and bar code printing, good stiffness, easy to peel off. Can be used in carbon ribbon printing, screen printing, rotary letterpress, offset lithography, etc. Suitable for UV ink, oil-based ink and water-based ink.

● Not suitable for inks containing alcohol or volatile organic solvents.

Avoid to print to the edge of label, especially when using screen UV ink and UV finish, the high-contractility bring label crimp, causing the label detach from release paper or warp from label object. Ink testing before printing is recommended.

Shelf life

From date of manufacture: 12 months
Storage conditions: 23±2℃ & relative humidity 50±5%. Prolonged storage outside these conditions might reduce the shelf life.
 
Facestock
The facestock have special printability coated, both like paper printability and BOPP film physical characteristics, suitable for common color printing and ribbon printing.
