Application
● Fulfill the requirement of ROHS, REACH
● Minimum labeling temp: -5℃
● Service temp: -20℃~70℃ (24h after labeling)
● Suitable for aviation or railway baggage tag, high quality logistics tag, daily chemical products label, etc.
● Not recommended for bottles with irregular surfaces or with extrusion resistance requirements.
● There is no barrier coating on the backside of the facestock, so there is a risk of swelling after combining with hot melt adhesive. It is recommended that labels be re-tested for application assessment after long-time storage.
Print & Process
● With special treatment coated, have an excellent performance in printing and bar code printing, good stiffness, easy to peel off. Can be used in carbon ribbon printing, screen printing, rotary letterpress, offset lithography, etc.
● Suitable for UV ink, oil-based ink and water-based ink.
● Alcohol or volatile organic solvent inks are not applicable. Avoid to print to the edge of label, especially when using screen UV ink and UV finish, the high-contractility bring label crimp, causing the label detach from release paper or warp from label object. Ink testing before printing is recommended.
