Application
● Fulfill the requirement of ROHS, REACH
● Minimum labeling temp: -25℃
● Service temp: -50℃~50℃ (24h after labeling)
● Suitable for daily chemical label of conventional gloss, cold chain field, etc.
● The facestock is relatively hard so not recommended for small diameter bottles, irregular surfaces or bottles that require squeezed frequently.
● At low temperature, the initial adhesion and final viscosity are good, and it has excellent performance on many packaging materials. Not suitable for using on PVC surfaces.
Print & Process
● Excellent performance in printing and bar code print, good stiffness, easy to peel off. Suitable for conventional printing. Avoid to print to the edge of label, the high-contractility bring label crimp, cause the label detach from release paper or warp from label object. Ink test before printing is recommended.
● Full page printing is not recommended.
● Recommended to use a special die cutter for die cutting.
● Not recommended for processing in an environment above 20℃.
