　　1. The adhesive is too weak: the appropriate adhesive material should be selected.

　　2. The pressure of the labeling machine pressure roller is not enough: adjust the pressure of the pressure roller.

　　3. The quality or type of label surface material is not satisfactory: When selecting label surface material, it should be considered whether the labeling object is flat or curved, large diameter or small diameter, single or spherical, rigid or compressible. The indicators are directly related to the choice of facestock. Soft bottles should be made of soft materials such as PE, PVC, unstretched PP and other synthetic materials. Hard bottles can be selected from PET, BOPP and PS materials.

Inappropriate choice of adhesive : When selecting a self-adhesive adhesive, first determine whether the adhesive required for the self-adhesive label is permanent or removable, whether it is pasted or re-stickable, and Whether the product has special requirements for the chemical properties of the self-adhesive label adhesive. For example, when labeling a large curved surface (a circular substrate with a diameter of less than 2 cm), it is not suitable to use a thick or hard paper material (such as mirror coated paper), and a thin film or a thin soft paper material and an initial material should be used. A highly viscous adhesive; for containers that require hot filling, a self-adhesive material surface material should be a film material and a good initial viscosity adhesive.

　　5. Poor film tension control: After the label of the correct film is peeled off from the backing paper, it is flat and not curled, and the label can maintain good followability after labeling. After the label with too tight tension is peeled off from the backing paper, the label is reversed, which leads to the phenomenon that the label edge is degummed and warped after labeling.

　　6. The shape design of the bottle is unreasonable: the reasonable design should be that the surface of the bottle is flat (mainly in the design of the flat round bottle). If the surface is partially spherical in the labeling range, use the paper label. The standard time is large, and the lower end is easy to wrinkle on both sides after labeling.
